Applied 6,123 vaccines applied at UNPHU to professors and people over 70

6,123 vaccines against COVID -19 applied up to date at the Vaccination Center at Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena (UNPHU) to persons over 70 years old and professors of MINERD. Today 2,115 persons received vaccine. The process have been served orderly and fast.

The participation of universities within the National Vaccination Plan was a suggestion of UNPHU and its authorities. The service is from 9:00 a. m. to 2:00 p. m. from the last February Thursday 25.

At the center participate staff from the Health Department, advanced students of Medicine as support and volunteers of the university.

The vaccination process is held on Building IV and the applied vaccine is SINOVAC. 

UNPHU encourages those who assist to cooperate in maintaining the order and social distancing and the protocols outlined by the sanitary authorities.
