Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena (UNPHU), through the faculty of Humanities and Education and the School of Psychology, held the webinar “Exchange Pandemic, Suicidal and Resilience,” with the participation of Doctor Juan Luis Gonzalez and Auris Kisauris Belén; in the framework of the World Day of Suicidal Prevention.
The event seeks to reflect on suicide and its impact on the population in the wake of the pandemic. In addition, to introduce a positive proposal based on the resilience to strengthening the factors of protection.
Among the addressed subjects by the speakers are Pandemic, Suicide, and resilience; first care, suicide, environment, and society; family and suicide and positive intervention; all moderated by Ivonne Guzman, Ms MGP, director of the School of Psychology at UNPHU.
