Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña National (UNPHU), through the Directorate of Institutional Experience and Graduate Management and the School of Industrial Engineering, held the First Meeting of Graduates of Industrial Engineering, where the conference “The Focus and Challenges of the Industrial Engineer in the Industrial Revolution 4.0” was given, by Eng. Eduardo Oller.
The meeting honored the professional career of those present and integrated various industrial promotions, which marked the beginning of great and fruitful collaborations at the academic and professional level. The proposals for continuing education available to the university to ensure the academic and professional training of its graduates were also introduced.
These types of events contribute to enrich the links with the graduate community and the educational processes of the university.
Present at the event were Patricia Matos Lluberes academic, vice-chancellor; Doris Peña, dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology and Nelbry Zapata, director of the School of Industrial Engineering, who offered the words of gratitude and motivation to the graduates.
About Engineer Eduardo Oller
Graduated from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), in 2000, he holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the Santo Domingo Institute of Technology. Member of the American Quality Society of the United States and ISO 9001 certified lead auditor by SGS (Accredited by IRCA and is Six Sigma Black Belt). He has more than 20 years of experience in quality management, accreditation, information technology, ERP system implementation, business process analysis, process reengineering and continuous improvement. He has extensive experience in the clinical laboratory industry. He has served as a consultant in industries such as clinical, testing, pharmaceutical distribution, insurance, manufacturing, microfinance, and civil construction laboratories.

He is director of the consulting and calibration laboratory firm, Primex Consulting Group, and director of the TrainNet Training firm.
