Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) is recognized as a distinguished architect Constantinos Ph. Saliaris B, for his contributions, trajectory, and commitment to society. The Rector Architect Miguel Fiallo Calderón handed the recognition at the rectory of the university.
Architect Saliaris is currently the director of the University School of Design and Urbanism and coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Museum Studies. During his professional career, he has been at the forefront of large-scale projects design, supervision, and construction. He has worked on various architectural projects, including housing, commercial, corporate offices, landscaping, education, urbanism, and interior design.
The research project “Determining the potential of green infrastructure as a tool for adaptation to climate change in the National District,” supported by FONDOCYT as co-researcher, is currently being developed. He is an advisor, thesis jury, and senior lecturer at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at UNPHU. He has also published articles in national and international journals.
