Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña (UNPHU), through the faculty of Health Sciences and its School of Medicine, addressed a conference about vaccination, especially against COVID -19, by the dean at Yale University and other international personalities.
At the conference, they approached the origins and evolution of viral vaccines, development, essays performed, the advantages and disadvantages of COVID-19 vaccination, and acknowledging the importance of immunization.
Dr. Marietta Vazquez, counselor of vaccine validation at the USA, dean of Health Sciences at Yale University; Dr. José Brea, president of SDV; Dr. Eric Nilles de Jesús, scholarly about doubts facing the COVID-19 vaccine; Dr. Javier Cabo, member of the council board of the Health Department and the National Board of Medical Specialization at Spain, and as a moderator, Dr. William Duke, dean of the faculty of Health Sciences.
