UNPHU and AIESEC sign partnership agreement

The partnership will allow students to access the leadership development opportunities that AIESEC has in the country.

UNPHU and AIESEC signed a collaboration agreement, with the purpose of establishing the exchange of experiences and knowledge for students, as well as the provision of services between both institutions for social and cultural progress.

With the agreement, the institutions undertake to develop activities within specific projects in the field of their common interests, and to enhance mutual relations of academic, scientific, and cultural cooperation. Likewise, the exchange of professors, researchers, and students; publications, academic programs, and research projects; between both institutions.

The collaboration will be based on the implementation of the following actions: a local student committee of the university will be formed for an AIESEC exchange program, such as Global Talent and AIESEC Leadership Development Model, as well as the realization of specific projects. This partnership will enable students to access leadership development opportunities. 

The initialing was carried out on 27 April 2023, between Architect Miguel Fiallo Calderón, rector of the university and Laura Cristina Guzmán Hernández, president of AIESEC, in the rectory of the university; in which Adrian De Oleo, Dean of Student Welfare was present.
