UNPHU held the webinar Autism

Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña (UNPHU), through the School of Psychology held the webinar Autism, with Luz Alaine Herrera. MA. As part of the Technical Table of Discussion of the Faculty of Health Sciences Humanities and Education. 

The event’s goal was to disclose the different skills of autism and promote good relations with themselves. Marisol Ivonne Guzman Cerda, director of the career of Psychology at UNPHU, gave the welcome.

Luz Alaine Herrera stated: “autism spectrum disorder (ASD) could manifest in the first three years of life. The child has a deficiency in communication and social interaction and has restricted and repetitive behaviors”.
