Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña (UNPHU), through the Academic Direction of Post Grade and its Management in Continued Education, held the launching of the diplomate in Public Purchases and Hiring for Construction Works and equivalents.

The program of the diplomate is focused on promoting the training, and the development of competencies of the public servers and professionals interested in the management of purchases and hiring of construction works demanded by the Dominican state; It emphasizes the following up of the principles of the excellent practice in ethics, transparency, quality, the efficiency of the public expense and the development of technical competences in behavior and context, to lead these procedures adhered to control criteria, balance and appropriate use of the public resources. 

Leonor Farray, vire-rector of Post Grade, gave the welcome. 

The General Direction of Public Hiring addressed Carlos Pimentel, and the orientation words regarding the program were under professor and academic coordinator engineer Rafael Ruiz Ramirez.

The table of honor was composed of the General Direction of Public Hiring personalities; Carlos Pimentel, general director of the General Direction of Public Hiring; UNPHU Nelson Lora, director of Continued Education; Rafael Ruiz Ramirez, professor, and academic coordinator. Also, Larissa Salcedo, an officer of training, and Mercedes Eusebio, an officer of Policies, Norms, and Procedures of the General Direction of Public Hiring.
