UNPHU, participates in the 40th anniversary of the Institute of University Management and Leadership (IGLU)

Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña participated in the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Institute of University Management and Leadership (IGLU), with the theme: Trajectory, challenges, horizons. This event took place on September 15, 2023, in Los Cacicazgos hall of the Marriott Hotel, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

On behalf of the university, Engineer Walter Lendor, Vice-Rector of Institutional Development and Quality Assurance and Projects, participated in the panel on Challenges of University Management: Beyond the Limits, together with Dr. Odile Camilo Vincent, Rector at UNIBE; Ramón Ayala Díaz PhD, Assistant Vice President of International Relations, Inter-American University of Puerto Rico; Dr. Nurys del Carmen González Durán, Rector, ISFODOSU; and Dr. C. Yohandra Semanat Ortíz, Vice-Rector, University of the East, Cuba. The moderator was Dr. David Julien, Executive Secretary General, OUI

To close the celebration, the IGLU trajectory received merit awards.
