UNPHU participates in the XXVI Ordinary Assembly of OFEDO-UDUAL 2022

Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) participated in the XXVI Ordinary Assembly of the Organization of Faculties, Schools and Departments of Dentistry of Latin America (OFEDO-UDUAL) 2022; held from November 23 to 26 in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

The topic addressed at the event was the Cardiology Curriculum, which approached topics of updating in management strategies and protocols of decays and experiences between faculties and their social determinants.

Representing the University were: Dr. Rogelio Cordero, director of the School of Dentistry at UNPHU, who was re-elected as president of that organization; Patricia Matos, Academic Vice Chancellor; Dr. William Duke, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Dr. Sheila Burdiez, Academic Coordinator, who currently serves as Executive Secretary. 

Among those present stood out, deans of international faculties such as Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Universidad  Michoacana del Estado de Puebla, and universities of the country, such as Universidad Central del Este and Universidad Iberoamericana.
